The Peripatetic Museum of Curiosities is a collection of objects that necessitate the suspension of your disbelief. Once you have had an opportunity to take in the richness and rarity of the collection you will be enchanted.
The uniformed custodian accompanies the museum on every visit and is responsible for the care and security of the museum and its patrons. In addition, the custodian is available for tours, questions and is the coordinator of the museum’s Education Program This includes a slide lecture about the history of the collection.
The peripatetic nature of the museum has meant that it is very compact and complete in itself. It has advantages over more traditional museums because it travels easily to the patron, can be shown in or outside, be set up quickly and be relatively compact within a given space, which creates a truly accessible experience.
The only requirements for hosting the museum are a reasonably sized table and a desire to awaken your imagination.
